By accessing or using Luma Health & Wellness ("Luma") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent where applicable) and reside in a state where Luma is licensed to operate.
Medical services
Telehealth services are provided by licensed clinicians. Services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Payment & subscriptions
Memberships and visit fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Medication costs are separate when applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate health information and to use the platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
