I started Luma Health & Wellness as a single mom of two small children — building a career, running a household, trying to stay healthy, and chasing dreams that sometimes felt out of reach. It wasn't always easy. And as a medical provider, I saw firsthand how hard it can be to simply find the time to seek care for yourself.
That's what led me here. Luma exists to make quality healthcare more accessible, more affordable, and a whole lot more human — for the people who are quietly carrying a lot, every single day.

From provider to founder.
I'm a family nurse practitioner with a background in emergency medicine. The ER taught me how to think fast, care deeply, and meet people in some of the hardest moments of their lives.
For the past few years, I've focused on aesthetics and wellness — helping women and everyday people feel good in their bodies and confident in their health. That work showed me how powerful it is when care is personal, preventive, and built around how someone actually wants to live.
Luma is the natural next step: a practice where weight loss, hormones, peptides, and primary care all live under one roof — personal, transparent, and built on the belief that taking care of yourself shouldn't be the hardest thing on your list.
