Medical evaluation
Your information will be reviewed by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. Depending on the service and your medical needs, additional information, laboratory testing, or a telehealth consultation may be required before treatment can be prescribed.
Personalized treatment
If treatment is medically appropriate, an individualized care plan may be recommended. Prescription medications are provided only when clinically appropriate following a medical evaluation.
Ongoing care
Follow-up, medication monitoring, laboratory review, and treatment adjustments may be recommended depending on your treatment plan.
