No in-person visit is required, but you will meet a licensed provider by video before treatment begins. Treatment is only prescribed if it is clinically appropriate for you.
How soon will I get my treatment?
Once your provider approves your plan, your prescription is sent to a US-licensed pharmacy and ships discreetly to your door — typically within 3–5 business days.
What side effects should I know about?
Every medication carries potential side effects. Your provider will review the specific risks and benefits of Sexual Wellness with you, start at a conservative dose where appropriate, and adjust your plan based on how you respond. You can message your care team any time.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. You are only charged per treatment, so there is nothing to cancel. If treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged for medication.
